Nobuaki Furuya |
Born in Tokyo in 1955, Nobuaki Furuya graduated from the Waseda University, Department of Architecture in 1978 while gaining his Master in Architecture at the Graduate School of Waseda in 1980. Furuya first gained architectural experience at the Swiss studio of Mario Botta in 1986 as part of a Japanese Overseas study program. He established Studio NASCA in 1999 with Sachiko Yagi. A Professor of Architecture at Waseda University, and Vice President of the Japan Institute of Architects, he has won many awards for his architectural work, as well as his published work. http://www.studio-nasca.com/ |
