Established in London in 1989 as a design led architectural practice, Seth Stein Architects portfolio includes everything from property development to reconstructed & historically listed properties from central London to the Caribbean. In 2007 SSA were awarded BD Single Dwelling Architect of the Year for Beach House Turks and Caicos and House in Cornwall (Pencalenick House). The latter project won the RIBA South West Award 2009.
